Ingredients

This recipe requires for very little ingredients. It is fast and super easy to make, yet so delicious.

  • Basil to taste
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 800gr peeled, riped tomatoes
  • Olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon red wine or balsamic vinegar
  • 350g spaghetti
  • 30g grated Parmesan cheese

Types of Pasta

For this recipe the best pasta to use are the classic spaghetti. They are ready in under 10 minutes and you can be sure that the recipe will be as delicious as it gets. We've tried it with other types of pasta as well, but this is definitely our favorite yet.

Preparation

  1. Pick and wash the basil leaves. After they are dry, cut them onto a cutting board. Be sure to cut them into small pieces.
  2. In the meantime put a large pot of water to boil. Once the water boils slightly, insert 2 pinches of salt inside the water. This ensures for a super tasty pasta.
  3. Chop the tomatoes into small cubes and roll it in a little bright red and lets sign this right in here. Luckily I have a short name so it's easy to sign. Little raccoons and old possums 'n' stuff all live up in here.
  4. In a saucepan on a medium heat, put the chopped garlic with olive oil. Once the garlic is sauteed insert the tomatoes and let it cook for about 40minutes.
  5. When everything is ready, stir the spaghetti into the sauce and add a splash of pasta water to make it creamier.
  6. Enjoy!

Tips

You can use a brush rack to hit the brush on. Otherwise you will become unpopular real fast. Let's just blend this little rascal here, ha! Happy as we can be. When we teach people to paint this is the one they fall in love with. It works so well. Little squirrels 'n' rabbits, and if this was in Florida or Georgia somewhere down there, might be an alligator or two hid back here. And just go straight in like your going to stab it. And barely touch it...barely touch it. Be sure to use odorless paint-thinner. If it's not odorless, you'll find yourself working alone very, very quick. The trees are oh so soft, oh so soft I freakin' love it.
